Creative Arts Coordinator

All Saints United Church is seeking applications for the role of Creative Arts Coordinator, to take full responsibility for the development of the multi-media function and co-ordination of the communications portfolio for All Saints, including the Sunday programs.

Application Requirements

  • Follower of Jesus Christ
  • Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Pro Presenter
  • Marketing/Media degree or other relevant qualification
  • Social media management experience
  • Creative individual who pays attention to detail
  • Graphic design experience
  • Web design or experience in web management/WordPress
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A musical background may be advantageous


  • To communicate with the congregation on a regular basis regarding important news, upcoming events and updates through email (MailChimp) and WhatsApp
  • To manage the church’s Facebook page with content that applies both to members and non-members
  • To be part of the Ministry Team and participate in discussion regarding sermon themes and artwork designs associated with sermon series and events
  • To produce series artwork in the form of posters and billboards and liaise with printers to meet deadlines
  • To manage and update the church’s web page
  • To plan, compile and distribute the monthly newsletter
  • To manage the administration associated with the worship team
  • To manage the production of Sunday services and other events
  • To develop stage designs for sermon series and events
  • To further develop the church’s online presence, media and production of services
